Your privacy is critically important to us. All of your personal information including your phone number and email address are kept strictly confidential. We’ll never send you unsolicited or unnecessary messages via SMS, and, we’ll never send you unnecessary email. A few of the most important things to keep in mind when interacting with npad:

- Your notes are completely private, secure, and viewable solely by you.

- We will never use your phone number to contact you unless requested by you in the course of using npad.

- We will never SPAM you, although we reserve the right to send an occasional message regarding your npad service when absolutely necessary.

- We do not share your personal information with any 3rd party except where necessary to comply with applicable laws or protect our rights.

Collected Information

When you sign-up for an npad account, we ask for your email address and password. To access npad’s mobile features you may, at your discretion, provide us with your mobile phone number and carrier. This information is used only to authenticate you, allow you to interact with the npad service, and, when absolutely necessary, provide communications regarding npad.

All information contained within or added to your npad account will remain your sole property.

We may also collect and analyze certain information regarding the use of the npad service and site activity. Information collected may include but is not limited to web site traffic volume, frequency of visits, type and time of transactions, type of browser and operating system, etc. This information is logged, usually anonymously, to help diagnose technical problems, administer the site, and improve the quality and types of service delivered.
